Award consideration is based on the following; you must be a business owner and an active member of top management, your business must be at least 2 years old and based in Hampton Roads. Judging is based on entrepreneurial spirit, strategic thinking, emphasis on innovation, business performance, community impact, and personal integrity and influence. Nominations for this award were accepted through April 4, 2018 and the honorees were recognized at the annual luncheon on June 11, 2018.
